The Legacy Lode lies on the opposite side of the gulch from the Mary Murphy Mine, a free milling (native) gold mine. The lode is over-staked by our Legacy Placer. Enrichment comes from the Legacy Lode and the Mary Murphy Mine. Ideally, lode and placer rights should be held by the same party however the lode and placer rights are different. In this instance, both are important to the over-all value. We can offer special pricing if a party were interested in purchasing both.
